Daniel O'Neill

President

Mr. O’Neill is an accomplished executive with considerable experience in asset management.

Mr. O’Neill was a Managing Director of Rafferty Asset Management, LLC for over 20 years. Prior to that, Mr. O’Neill worked at Hermitage Capital in Moscow, Russia and was an attorney in the New York, Houston and Moscow office of Akin, Gump Strauss, Hauer and Feld LLP.

Mr. O’Neill was a long time Trustee of the New York Chapter of The Nature Conservancy. Mr. O’Neill received his B.A. and J.D. form the University of Virginia.

Tom McDevitt

Senior Vice President

Mr. McDevitt is responsible for managing the pricing, underwriting, due diligence and closing processes for all acquisitions and loan originations.

Mr. McDevitt has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate and real estate capital markets. Mr. McDevitt has held senior real estate capital markets positions at Salomon Brothers, Citibank and Société Générale. Mr. McDevitt currently serves on the Boards of Neuberger Berman’s US Trust Global Private Markets Fund, Excelsior Private Markets Funds II and III and NB Crossroads Private Markets Funds IV and V.

Mr. McDevitt also served on the boards of the Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust, Quadra Realty Trust, a NYSE REIT as well as Bank of America’s Excelsior Absolute Return Fund of Funds and Excelsior Buyout Investors.

Mr. McDevitt received his B.A. from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Michael House

Senior Vice President

Mr. House is responsible for managing the pricing, underwriting, due diligence and closing processes for all acquisitions and loan originations.

Mr. House has managed the Real Estate Capital Markets Team at GE Asset Management (now Genworth Financial), where he oversaw the acquisition of over $2.0 billion of first mortgages, B notes and mezzanine loans.

Mr. House has been active in the commercial real estate finance industry for over 25 years, and has had stints at Arbor Realty Trust, Mercedes Capital (debis), Standard & Poor’s, Bank of New York and Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC).

Mr. House received his B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta.
